Slip your guests in for a sophisticated, memorable affair in a variety of options that capture the “civility” or venture into the “unrest.” Chef Jason Wilson’s small bites, craft cocktails, beer and bubbles will please the most discerning party. (We’re also A/V equipped and have a DJ spot, if desired).


James Beard Award-winning Chef Jason Wilson is a versatile entrepreneur and conceptual thinker well beyond what’s on a menu. He created Civility & Unrest as a place to take cocktails seriously, but also define a culture steeped in discovery.
